How Does An Intensive Course Work?

How does it work? An intensive driving course usually consists of around 40 hours of driving lessons which is usually crammed into 1 week. The pupil would usually turn up on the Monday with little or no driving experience and on the friday they would have their driving test. We tailor your course according to your requirements. If you haven’t passed the theory test then we suggest -
1 day Assessment
Length | 6 hours What to expect | In this time we will be able to get you up to a good general driving level and introduce 1-2 of the maneovers What next? | At the end of the day, you will receive your theory revision pack and details of your nearest local theory test centre to book your test when you get home. Once you have passed the theory, then we can arrange your next visit, including the driving lessons you require approaching your test, accommodation if neccessary and booking the driving test for you.

1 day Assessment
Length | 6 hours What to expect | Recommended for those who want the best possible chance of passing 1st time. Depending on your previous experience your driving instructor will teach you the relevant subjects according to your current level of driving. Your instructor will be able to see how responsive you are and how quickly you absorb the instruction provided. What next? | At the end of the 1 day assessment, we will then recommend how many hours you require and book your lessons in leading up to your test.
7 day Course
Length | 40 hours What to expect | The 1st day is 8 hours of driving lessons. Days 2-6, would normally be 6 hours a day and your driving test on day 7. What next? | If you and your instructor feel you need more hours before your driving test, the option is there. This is payable before day 7 and you can pay by cash,cheque or through paypal.
5 day Course
Length | 36 hours What to expect | Day 1-4 would consist of 8 hours of driving lessons a day. on day 5 you would have a 3 hour lesson in the morning and then a break with a 1 hour warm up lesson before the driving test.
4 day Course
Length | Choose either a 6 hour day (total: 20 hours) or 8 hour day (total: 26 hours) What to expect | Sit driving test on the 4th day.
3 day Course
Length | Choose either a 6 hour day (total: 14 hours) or 8 hour day (total: 18 hours)
2 day Course
Length | This course is 10 hours of driving lessons, usually 6-8 hours on day 1 and 2-4 hours on day 2 depending on the time of your driving test.
1 day Course
Length | This is a 6 hour day, the start time is adjusted according to your driving test in the afternoon. This is not possible for morning tests.
